Terms of service.

1. Services Provided
Antheia Florals specialises in creating bespoke fresh floral designs for weddings, events, and other special occasions. Our services include floral arrangements for ceremonies, receptions, personal flowers such as bouquets and buttonholes, as well as styling and provision of vases, plinths, and other decorative items.

2. Equipment and Property
We provide and use our own equipment, including vases, plinths, and other floral display items. Clients are responsible for ensuring the safe return of all rented items in the condition they were delivered if agreed upon. In the event of any damage, breakage, or loss of our equipment, the client agrees to cover the costs of repair or replacement at the market rate.

3. Public Liability Insurance
Antheia Florals maintains comprehensive public liability insurance, up to $10 million. This covers both Antheia, the public and its equipment. We strive to ensure the safety and security of all flowers, designs, and equipment while at your venue. However, clients are encouraged to take necessary precautions to protect items after installation, especially if left unattended.

4. Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to secure your booking with Antheia Florals. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card or cash. Any additional costs incurred after the initial agreement must be settled prior to the event.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of your event is possible up to 60 days before the scheduled date. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Antheia Florals will exercise discretion in approving cancellations, and any deposit paid will be non-refundable.

If Antheia Florals needs to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or an emergency), we will notify you as soon as possible and refund all monies paid.

6. Force Majeure
In the event that unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling the contract (such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies), we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate or reschedule your event. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided for any paid amounts.

7. Final Approval and Changes
Clients are responsible for reviewing the final design proposal and confirming approval at least 10 days before the event. Any changes or additional requests made after this period may be subject to additional charges.

8. Liability and Responsibilities
Antheia Florals will take every reasonable step to ensure the highest quality of service and products. However, we are not responsible for any issues related to venue conditions, including but not limited to, damage caused by adverse weather, venue staff, or any issues relating to the handling of flowers after installation.

9. Photography and Marketing
By hiring Antheia Florals, you grant us permission to use photographs of your event and floral arrangements for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. If you prefer not to have your event featured, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.
